We have much experience in valuing different agricultural properties covering the entire country which include the Coconut Estates, Tea Estates, Rubber Lands, a number of tea factories, Hatcheries, Cinnamon Lands, and other mixed cultivations.

The value of agricultural buildings and other supportive improvements are estimated by the suitable contemplation of cost, market, and income approaches. The cost (DRC) method estimates the replacement cost of the building less its depreciation. The income approach takes advantage of the income flow by the improvements and process attached. Most of the time in Sri Lanka the close market comparable for a special type of agricultural business as a whole is limited. Agricultural properties include crop farms, dairy farms, timberland, and forests. These resources of land and people can harvest valuable natural outputs such as different oil, coffee, timber, livestock, milk etc.
